We have two types of classes for different age ranges, Junior Warriors (6-10 years) and Senior Warriors (11-16 years).
Over the summer holidays both classes are merged for the "Kids and Teens Super Class".
If you decide to book your children onto our self-defence trial classes you'll get to see the benefits for yourself, speak to our coaching team and other parents whilst your child joins in and enjoys their first trial class.

The facilities are excellent and there are plenty of opportunities for training throughout the week. The sessions are intensive, but in a good way. And no compromise is made on the effectiveness of what's being taught. Far too many people discover too late that you don't have to have "done something" or "deserved it" to be a target of unwarranted violence. But what you do have 100% control over is how you prepare for those situations. You honestly couldn't be in better hands!
